An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Adult Social Care leadership team. Reporting directly to our Head of Service for Integration and Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our practice framework and service objectives are achieved, supporting adults in Doncaster to feel safe, have better experiences and build better lives. The team manager will manage a team, work collaboratively across a range of adult social care teams and will play a crucial role in protecting adults at risk of abuse or neglect in line with the Care Act 2014.

Your inclusive values and commitment to equality will be beyond question. You will have the skills to work alongside staff, teams, partners and people with lived experience, to ensure the highest standards of protection and care are upheld.

The team manager plays a key role ensuring mechanisms are in place to monitor performance data, and outcomes to drive quality assurance.

You'll get plenty of support as part of a friendly Council with a dynamic can-do culture. If you have the skills, determination, and commitment to make a real difference and want an exciting job to influence at the heart of our community to improve the health, wellbeing and safety of our residents, we want to hear from you.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we can offer you the chance to be part of a great team dedicated to ensuring that all people in Doncaster thrive.
