A Legal 500-ranked law firm, following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its growing team.
The Role
You will manage a varied corporate caseload, advising on a range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset purchases, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory work. The role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the firm.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2-8 years' PQE in corporate law
* Strong experience in corporate transactions and advisory work
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
* Able to manage matters independently
* Confident, client-focused approach
