Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience and qualification level
Hours: 09:00 - 17:15, Monday to Friday (hybrid working available subject to approval)

Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well‑established and highly regarded Commercial Property team. This role offers the chance to further develop your expertise within a collaborative and commercially focused environment, working with a broad client base including developers, investors, lenders, and business owners, managing your own varied caseload while delivering practical and strategic legal advice. The successful candidate will also play a key role in building strong client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
* Providing clear, client‑focused advice to a diverse range of clients
* Building and maintaining long‑term professional relationships
* Collaborating with colleagues across teams and offices
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate

Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive status
* A minimum of 5 years' PQE within Commercial Property
* Strong technical knowledge and a solutions‑focused approach
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively
* A professional, approachable, and client‑focused manner
