About the Company: Anns Home Care is recruiting a full-time, as-and-when Team Leader to join our busy Home Care Team in Belfast. The successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for providing high-quality care to clients in their own homes by monitoring care quality. Flexibility to work unsociable hours if required is necessary.

Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare
* NVQ Level 2 or higher
* Access to a car and full driving license
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
* Empathy and understanding of client needs
* Leadership, support, and supervision skills
Key Tasks and Duties:
* Maintain high standards of care, professionalism, and presentation by example
* Participate in and supervise care delivery to meet clients’ physical, social, intellectual, and emotional needs, respecting dignity, choice, and independence
* Promote best practice and accountability through spot checks and supervisions
* Monitor care quality and update care plans regularly
* Ensure confidentiality at all times
* Uphold professional standards and company values
* Maintain accurate, confidential records per company policy
* Conduct risk assessments in clients’ homes as needed
* Assist in implementing new care packages promptly
* Help in training new staff and induction processes
* Report complaints, accidents, and incidents professionally
* Support rota management and scheduling
* Participate in quality control programs
* Provide shift cover as required
