We are seeking a Senior Therapeutic EBD Support Worker to work in a 3 bed home located on the beautiful outskirts of Wolverhampton. The home has been renovated to a high standard with homely touches to ensure the children and young people feel safe and nurtured. With a new young person due to move into the home in the coming months this therapeutic company is growing its dedicated and consistent team. They have a committed Registered Manager in place who has been with the company since it opened along with a highly experienced Deputy. The home is proud to hold an Ofsted rating of Good, showcasing the teams ability to provide high-quality support. As a Senior Therapeutic EBD Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring the children receive high-quality support. You will lead by example, overseeing the team, and contributing to the smooth running of each shift. You will guide staff in upholding best practices that align with the company policies and procedures as well as Childrens Homes Regulations and safeguarding standards.
