Factory Operative
Location: Winnall
Hours: Monday to Thursday 2pm-11pm and Friday 1pm-5pm
£13.50-£15.00 per hour
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Workshop Assistant to join our busy Client based near Winchester. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with day-to-day workshop operations
* Preparing materials, tools, and equipment
* Supporting machine operators and engineers
* Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe
* Carrying out basic assembly, packing, and quality checks
* Following health & safety procedures at all times

* A practical, can-do attitude
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and take instruction
* Previous workshop or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential
