Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and Bar Person to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Indian food and hospitality, with a strong focus on leadership and supervising staff. This role involves supporting the management team in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high standards of food safety, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* Previous fast paced Bar role within a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
* In This role you have to do the pantry section which included complimentary drinks and desserts.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
* Experience in food production and preparation is advantageous.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
