Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Duty & Assessment Team within Bracknell Forest Council. Duties and Responsibilities: * Undertake robust and timely assessments of children and families referred to the service. * Manage complex cases, including Section 17 and Section 47 enquiries. * Chair multi-agency meetings and contribute to strategy discussions. * Develop and implement care plans focused on achieving positive outcomes. * Support and mentor less experienced Social Workers in the team. * Maintain accurate, high-quality case recordings in line with statutory guidance.
