We currently have an exciting developmental opportunity available for the position of a Senior Care Housing Support Officer.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who possesses a good working knowledge of dementia and good understanding of the demands of the service which we deliver to individuals within their own homes and in our day service.
You will be required to manage the duty aspect of the service where you will lead the team throughout the shift.
We are looking for an individual who has:
* Excellent planning & organisation skills.
* An ability to work to deadlines.
* An understanding of the nature and importance of co-production and partnership working.
* Excellent communication skills
Requirements:
•Educated to NVQ level 2 in Care, or equivalent
•Level 2 Literacy, or equivalent
•Enhanced DBS check for the successful applicant.
Hours
30 hours per week
Flexible working hours will be required including evenings weekends and bank holidays, etc. (inclusive pay scales)
Shift Patterns to include 07.00-14.30, 14.30-22.00, 09.30-16.30
