SThree are pleased to announce we’re recruiting for a talented HR Advisor to join our team based in our fantastic office space located in Glasgow or Birmingham.
As HR Advisor, you will deliver high quality first-line HR advice and guidance to team members and managers on HR best practice, policy and people related matters, demonstrating a customer and people focused attitude and a right first-time approach. You will also Support Senior HRBPs and HR Director with the delivery of projects and initiatives aligned to the RoE People Plan.

What are the day-to-day tasks?
* Supporting managers with performance, wellbeing, grievance & disciplinary matters
* Providing clear, first-line HR advice to managers and team members
* Coaching managers and building people management capability
* Managing and prioritising a varied ER caseload
* Collaborating with Senior HRBPs and the HR Director on key projects
* Tracking and reporting on ER cases and people data trends
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation
* Contributing to HR policy development and continuous improvement
* Working closely with the wider People team to deliver a consistent HR service
What skills and knowledge are we looking for?
* Experience of providing outstanding first line HR advice in a fast-paced organisation and building credible working relationships with customers across multiple sites.
* Able to demonstrate strong competence and the confidence to challenge others when needed, acting in accordance with SThree’s core values and standards of behaviour
* Experienced in and a level of comfort with working independently and remotely.
* Solid experience of participation and effective delivery of HR projects.
* A deep belief in the value of the HR function and the personal ability to make a difference to the business with a customer focused mindset.
* Previous experience in professional services and a centre of excellence environment would be ideal but not essential.
* CIPD accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
