We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Graduate Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team. Key Responsibilities as a Graduate Special Needs Teaching Assistant
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in their day-to-day learning and development
* Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to help students achieve their individual learning goals
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting student engagement and well-being
* Work closely with the SEN team to track student progress and contribute to individual learning plans
Requirements of a Graduate Special Needs Teaching Assistant
* Passion for working with children and a commitment to supporting students with special needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient, empathetic, and flexible in your approach to student support
* Experience in a school setting or working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential
