Lavenham Pressis seeking an Account Manager to join our friendly dynamic Client Services team. If you are a people person and good communicator we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity to act as the key liaison between our valued clients and our expert production team, ensuring every print job is delivered to the highest standard.
About Us
We are a well-established, family-run print business based in the historic village of Lavenham, Suffolk. With a long-standing reputation for quality, reliability, and service, we supply a wide variety of printed products and associated services to clients across the UK.
The Role
As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of print projects. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. Full training will be given to those who possess the right skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Receive, interpret, and process client briefs, ensuring all project specifications are accurately captured.
Perform administrative tasks, including booking jobs in, produce delivery notes and invoices, maintain stock records and accurate documents for our various accreditations.
Coordinate with our internal departments to manage job workflow and timelines.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.
Helping department managers in their daily activities.
What Were Looking For
We are looking for a candidate who is:
Customer-Focused: You have a proactive and friendly approach to client service.
Detail-Oriented: You have an attention to detail.
A Strong Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient: You are comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and have an aptitude for learning new programs such as industry-specific MIS/CRM software.
Self-Motivated and Collaborative: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
