Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Groundcare Sales Person based in Grantham or Southam. The role involves engaging with customers to understand their unique requirements, promoting and selling groundcare machinery, demonstrating equipment, and facilitating training for proper use. The candidate will build relationships with customers to ensure excellence in customer service, achieve sales targets, provide product advice, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. The position will also include developing and managing sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
* Proven customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
* Experience in sales and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Capability to deliver training and provide product demonstrations to customers.
* Sales management skills, including the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
* Proactive mindset and strong organizational skills to manage workflows effectively.
* A background in machinery sales, agriculture, or a related field is an advantage.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally when required.
