New Temporary role
To support and track learners towards timely completion of the online learning journey through our Virtual Learning Environment from onboarding through to completion. Job Objectives: Coordinate the day-to-day administrative requirements, administering learning communities and responding to queries and requests for support in a timely manner.
Act as the second point of contact for the line managers, developing positive relationships with them to help them stay on track and complete their training. Maintain excellent relationships with all relevant stakeholders to support programme delivery and practitioner engagement, achievement and progression through clear, effective and timely communications.
Support the development and distribution of marketing materials to support engagement in the programme.
Support the research, sourcing and collation of data relating to the project Liaise with the rest of the programme team on training content and materials in order to be able to offer advice and guidance to practitioners.
Able to use all programme tools, platforms and processes to support the smooth running of the programme.
