Our client portfolio includes UK water utilities, renewable energy providers, waste-to-energy operators, and investment portfolios. We combine deep industry expertise with innovative approaches to help clients manage risk and unlock value.
As an Account Executive within the PURE Practice, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and prospects, ensuring high levels of retention and driving new business growth. You will play a key role in developing and strengthening relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, while actively targeting and converting new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
1. Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses and risk management needs.
2. Deliver tailored insurance and risk solutions through proactive and ongoing service.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Business Development
4. Drive the sales process to win, retain, and grow profitable client relationships.
5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.
6. Collaborate with colleagues across WTW to leverage cross-practice capabilities.
Placement Management
7. Work closely with market contacts and the Broking Team to ensure optimal placement strategies.
8. Maintain strong working relationships with insurers and external specialists.
Operational Excellence
9. Lead the delivery of end-to-end client service, ensuring adherence to WTW’s policies, procedures, and service standards.
10. Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking for the business unit.
11. Provide feedback and implement corrective actions to improve client retention and service delivery.
