The Opportunity
We are looking for Electrical Building Services Engineers at all levels to join our growing teams and contribute to exciting, technically challenging projects across sectors including Rail, Science & Industry, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare.
This is an opportunity to design and deliver sustainable, efficient, and innovative electrical systems that enhance performance and safety. You’ll be involved in every project stage—from feasibility to completion—working with multidisciplinary teams.
We are interested in hearing from Building Services Engineers at all seniority levels with experience in:
* Multi-disciplinary projects across various sectors: designing, developing, and delivering electrical systems ensuring compliance, sustainability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Data Centres & Mission Critical Projects: designing robust, high-reliability electrical systems for complex projects, ensuring performance and operational continuity.
* Decarbonisation Strategies: developing low-carbon electrical design solutions, contributing to decarbonisation through system optimisation, energy-efficient technologies, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Are these roles right for you?
We seek candidates who:
* Have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent. You may be chartered, working towards chartership, or eager to pursue it with our support (IET / CIBSE).
* Have a strong background in electrical building services design, including HV, LV systems, lighting, fire alarms, security, renewable energy electrical design, and earthing across various projects.
* Are proficient in BIM environments like Revit and experienced with design software such as SKM/ETAP/Amtech (Trimble).
* Demonstrate leadership skills (Senior / Principal levels) to lead complex projects, manage teams, provide technical oversight, and support business development and innovation in sustainable engineering.
* Have commercial awareness and experience in resource planning to meet financial targets.
