To ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage and hospitality are demonstrated at all times. To complete all relevant procedures in relation to the respective department as laid down by the company. Promotes the desired work culture around our company values.

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Bar Maintenance
2. Cellar Management
3. Assist with receiving and storage of goods
4. Maintain good food safety, hygiene standards and practices
5. Assists with preparations for food and beverage functions and service
6. Assists with cellar operations
7. Assists with the preparation of a food and beverage outlet for service including:
8. Cleaning of equipment
9. Cleaning and maintaining glassware and china for service
10. Preparation of bar station
11. Serving of beverages
12. Table service
13. Recording of replacement stock
14. Billing procedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy
15. Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
16. Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
Accountable for:

17. Comply with hotel rules and regulations and provisions contained in the Employee Handbook
18. Comply with company grooming and uniform standards
19. Comply with timekeeping and attendance policies
20. Actively participate in training and development programmes and maximise opportunities for self-development
Customer Service
21. Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards to include: -

30. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all Cycas Hospitality hotels and Marriott Hotels Group hotels in your region
Health Safety & Security
31. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
32. Familiarise yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures
33. Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of your line manager
