Out of hours work and on-call duties are part of the role, necessitating a flexible and dedicated approach. What the Job Involves As a Registered Manager, you will provide effective leadership and management for a Respite children’s home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing excellent quality care for residents. Your responsibilities include maintaining the home’s Statement of Purposes, developing positive stakeholder relationships, managing resources effectively, and ensuring performance management frameworks are in place. You will work closely with multi-professional teams and contribute to service development, focusing on innovative and understanding approaches to the needs of vulnerable children and young people.
