Overview
This position will be supporting Sales reporting & Analytics GTM Team by generating insightful reports, analyse sales data and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth across all main sales channels of the company. The role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, data analytics, as well as the ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Functional Responsibilities
1. Support Commercial function with performance reporting against established KPIs, including ad-hoc reporting requests using internal and shipment / POS data and market data systems (Nielsen)
2. Power Bi skills – must have, Coding Skills – Python / R / modelling experienceand ability to understand statistical modelling (regression, cluster analysis, etc.)
3. Present insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership team on an established time period and in a clear, concise manner
4. Create opportunities to improve forecasting, create Predictive Analytics used cases and create opportunities for digital transformation
5. Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology
6. Analyze data to distil meaningful insights on performance trends and opportunities
7. Analyze key effectiveness to monitor return on investment and identify opportunities for improvement and customization by Channel, Brand, Customer and/or Market
8. Customer performance reviews including route cause analysis vs aligned KPIs and/ or JBP/ AOP metrics, with key insights/ recommendations
9. New customer support through the identification & evaluation of whitespace opportunities within channel or category
10. Provide support on how to understand and utilize analytics for decision-making
11. Ensure delivery of accurate and timely datain accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA)
12. Work across multiple functions to aid in collecting insights for action-oriented cause of change analysis
Qualifications
13. Bachelor’s in commerce/business administration/marketing or Finance, Master’s degree is a plus
14. Prior Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience required
15. Development experience related to Data Analytics and Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages ( Tableau)
16. Requires a high level of analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail
17. Propensity to learn PepsiCo software systems
18. Strong knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel, Power Point and Access
19. Ability to provide superior customer service
20. Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
21. Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines
22. Numerate thinker, good at data analysis with strong attention to detail
23. Language skills - English fluent
