Protocol Education are working with a secondary school in South Bristol who are looking for a Religious Studies teacher to join their Humanities team. This is a part-time role (0.8 - paid to scale pro rata) covering maternity leave until Easter 2027, after which point Protocol Education can have you step into another role that's right for you (if you have not already been kept on by your initial placement school). You’ll be teaching Religious Studies across KS3 and KS4, delivering lessons that encourage students to explore different beliefs, ethical questions, and worldviews.

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Strong subject knowledge in Religious Studies
* A confident classroom practitioner
* Someone who works well as part of a team
* A teacher who values inclusive and engaging learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
