Senior Administrator
The Senior Administrator – Customer Service is a pivotal member of the maintenance department, focused on optimising service operations and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. This role involves managing service workflows, liaising with clients and field teams, supervising administrative staff, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Candidates should possess strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in horticulture or service-driven industries preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily administrative operations supporting customer service within the division.
* Coordinate service delivery by aligning technicians, account managers, and clients to ensure timely, consistent, and high-quality performance.
* Manage scheduling for routine maintenance, service visits, work orders, and urgent requests.
* Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, proactively addressing concerns and resolving complaints to maintain client trust.
* Maintain and update records, including customer profiles, service logs, and inventory information in CRM and scheduling platforms.
* Prepare and review reports, service documentation, and support materials for invoicing and client communication.
* Act as the escalation point for complex customer service issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
* Collaborate with Sales and Operations to facilitate smooth transitions from new sales to active service and provide continued customer support.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, communication, and the overall customer experience.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
