Responsibilities
Support the Director in growing and building out the interim team and interim offering.
Collaborate with the established permanent team to recruit Accountants from transactional level up to CFO.
Leverage the firm\'s established client base and brand to deliver high-quality placements.
Work autonomously yet collaboratively within a forward-thinking, entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate is either someone with appetite to grow and manage an interim team, or someone who wants to be a career biller.
Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
Remuneration Competitive remuneration structure with autonomy to build something. Salaries range from £25,000 to £150,000.
