Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Design & Technology at secondary level
* Ability to teach KS3 and KS4 confidently
* Strong practical workshop skills
* Good classroom management and communication skills
Desirable
* Experience teaching A-Level DT or Product Design
* Experience in specialist areas such as CAD, resistant materials, or engineering
* Ability to support portfolio-based assessment
