The Role As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents/patients with their day-to-day needs while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks Supporting mobility and helping residents remain active Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with meals, hydration, and medication support where required Observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions Maintaining accurate records and care documentation Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team Ensuring a safe and clean environment at all times Requirements Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential A caring, empathetic, and professional approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability and a positive attitude NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is advantageous Right to work in the UK
