Salary: £85,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience in technologies and capabilities provided by Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Passion for delivering according to an agile methodology, including planning projects and releases in sprints, and writing Epics, Features, and User Stories. Familiarity with the broader Microsoft stack (PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365). Relevant functional experience of approximately 5-6 years. Overall experience of 12 years in the field. Experience working as an individual contributor. Experience with Agile Processes. Exposure to the Energy Industry is an advantage. Excellent client-facing, communication, and team leadership skills. Strong coordination skills and experience with multiple vendor engagement. Oversee the implementation of F&O projects. Manage the design and implementation of multiple functional aspects of the solution. Collaborate with the technical team to convert business requirements into customer-focused solutions. Conduct functional testing, end-to-end process testing, and integration testing using Postman. Facilitate workshops to gather and document user needs and ensure they are translated into effective business processes and product backlogs.
