Are you passionate about giving children the best start in life? Rochdale Borough Council is looking for a dynamic and experienced Early Years & School Readiness Lead to help shape and deliver innovative early years services across the borough.
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the coordination of school readiness and early years programmes.
- Mentor and support staff delivering Early Years interventions.
- Collaborate with partners to design and implement evidence-based services.
- Ensure services reflect the voices and needs of local families.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A minimum NVQ Level 4 qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in early years or school readiness programmes.
- Strong partnership working and mentoring skills.
- A flexible, solution-focused approach.
