ROLE: Mobile Multi Skilled Plumber
HOURS: 40 hrs per week
LOCATION: Cheshunt

We're looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled Plumber who will undertake improvement work, maintenance and repairs to the fabric and plumbing of the building, and the responsibilities will be at 7 schools around Hertfordshire, Luton and Reading. Need to act as mobile engineer and support all 7 schools as required and work as part of the team.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. To undertake improvement work, maintenance and repairs to the fabric and plumbing of the building.
2. Responsibilities will be at 7 schools around Hertfordshire, Luton and Reading.
3. Need to act as a mobile engineer and support all 7 schools as required.
4. Work as part of the team.
5. Undertake inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including pipework inspections, adaptions and repairs.
6. Answer queries, report any defects, and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
7. Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
8. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
9. Have good verbal and written communication and be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
10. Background within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar.
11. C&G Level 3 / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent / technical diploma.
12. Experience as a Multi Skilled Plumber working with commercial clients.
