Cyber Fusion Lead Glasgow Salary: £57-72K benefits (15% bonus, private healthcare) Hybrid working (2 days in SPHQ per week), Permanent Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will need to be able to obtain NSV SC clearance – You will need to have lived continuously in the United Kingdom for a period of 5 years before being eligible to meet the Minimum Residency Criteria Help us create a better future, quicker Scottish Power is embarking on a Cyber Security Transformation Programme. We’re looking for a Cyber Fusion Lead to coordinate with the Global Cyber Fusion centre and UK ScottishPower businesses. This role will oversee the successful delivery, integration and operation of the tools and services provided by the UK CSIRT, Threat & Intelligence team, Vulnerability Management team and Security Engineering team. What you’ll be doing The Cyber Fusion Lead will be responsible for coordinating a range of Security Services within the Cyber Fusion Centre Team, including Incident Response, Event Monitoring, Vulnerability Management and Testing, Security Device Configuration, Security Testing, Digital Forensics, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting and Threat Reporting. The role reports to the Head of Cyber Fusion Centre and will coordinate with the Global Cyber Fusion centre and UK ScottishPower businesses. Significant levels of communication, collaboration and co-operation with other Group Cyber Security functions and Business Cyber Security teams will be required. Within this role, you’ll provide subject matter expertise into the security strategy that ensures the maximum value from the capital investments made in the Cyber Fusion centre tools. You’ll coordinate the strategic roadmap that defines the operating model for the delivery of the Cyber Fusion centre model in the UK, including the security tools, resources, and processes required to evolve the UK CFC services and maximise existing investment. The Cyber Fusion Lead will be responsible for coordinating security vulnerability identification services across the ScottishPower group and integration with existing Business processes and defining a programme of security initiatives for inclusion in the Global Security Plan programmes relating to the Cyber Fusion centre. You’ll define a program of security initiatives, manage senior stakeholders and work closely with OT security functions to ensure the definition and delivery of an integrated IT/OT security operations strategy. What you’ll bring Significant experience coordinating security services and collating, assessing and implementing business requirements Specialist knowledge of IT and OT Security as evidenced by relevant industry qualifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GICSP) Significant experience of Security Operations in an organisation of similar scope and scale to ScottishPower, with previous Security Operations experience in a global organisation preferred. Experience and knowledge of incident response, threat intelligence and vulnerability management lifecycles. Experience in configuring and supporting security tools and services. Experience in managing security service providers and security software suppliers. Awareness of key legislation and regulation impacting the delivery of IT and OT Security in an energy utility. Experienced in providing SME input into Security Operations Strategies and Product Roadmaps. Experience in coordinating with procurement, legal and finance teams in the project lifecycle.
