The Opportunity
A well-established fit out contractor with a strong pipeline is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a warehouse fit-out project in North West London.
This is a great opportunity to work on a fast-paced industrial scheme, overseeing site activities and ensuring efficient coordination of trades during the fit-out phase.

Key Responsibilities
-Supervise day-to-day site operations on a warehouse fit-out project alongside the Site Manager.
-Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and deliveries on site.
-Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with health & safety regulations.
-Monitor progress and report updates to the Site Manager / Project Manager.
-Maintain quality standards and ensure works meet specifications.
-Assist with site logistics, sequencing, and programme management.

About You
-Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on warehouse, industrial, or fit-out projects.
-Strong understanding of site coordination and fast-track project delivery.
-SSSTS or SMSTS qualification (essential).
-First Aid certification (preferred).
-Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain site efficiency.
-Strong communication and organisational skills.
