We’re looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join a brilliant team at a commercial catering equipment company in Rugby.
First a quick check to make sure we’re the right fit for you:
1. Your finance experience is from an in-house company team (this role isn’t for you if you’ve only worked in an accountancy practice).
2. You genuinely thrive in a busy, loud, open-plan office (this is a loud, talkative bunch)

3. Running the day-to-day finance admin in Xero.
4. Confidently chasing overdue payments so you’ll be on the phone a lot!
5. Handling customer queries and being a friendly voice for our finance team.
6. Working closely with everyone to keep our finances running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring:
7. Solid experience in a UK-based, in house finance or credit control role.
8. A fantastic telephone manner and a knack for building relationships.
9. Good Excel skills and a team first attitude.
10. You’re a reliable local who can easily get to our Rugby office.
