Office Administrator
As an Office Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the UK office, ensuring smooth administrative, order processing, and customer support activities.
You will play a key role in maintaining efficient internal processes and delivering high-quality service to customers and partners.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Process and manage customer sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
* Respond to client inquiries and provide administrative support
* Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payment status
* Generate invoices and support payment tracking
* Support the day-to-day operations of the office
* Monitor and maintain stock levels
* Manage incoming phone calls and emails
* Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Care, Finance) to ensure smooth operations
Profile & Requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or office support role
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Good attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
* Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (experience with order processing is a plus)
* Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus
