Key Responsibilities: • Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, including severe and complex learning difficulties, autism, and physical/sensory disabilities. • Assist in implementing individualized educational plans. • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. • Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet the specific needs of each student. • Encourage student engagement and participation in learning activities. Requirements: • Previous experience working with children or young people with special educational needs. • Understanding of different learning styles and ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
