The Impact you will have:
1. Provide financial insight into E&W Engineering Services performance, identify trends and challenge costs
2. Review and analyse P&L, balance sheet and KPIs to improve financial and operational outcomes
3. Act as a link between core finance and business units
4. Develop automated reporting and analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI)
5. Champion continuous improvement initiatives
6. Lead/support ad-hoc key business projects
7. Support E&W Business Partnering Manager and Senior Business Partner
8. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure financial understanding
9. Deliver commercial insight to challenge and improve business performance
10. Identify opportunities and risks to enhance financial results
11. Provide financial support for strategic projects
12. Improve and automate reporting processes
13. Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles
14. Drive continuous improvement in pricing, planning, and reporting
15. Participate in monthly review meetings
