What Glotech Repairs is all about:

We are a leading repair agent in our industry, excelling at what we do. As a family-run business with over 45 years of experience, we prioritise recruiting and retaining exceptional talent. Our people take care of our valued customers, ranging from private consumers and letting agents to housing associations and insurance companies.

The role will be based at our Chippenham, Wiltshire branch, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a half hour unpaid lunchbreak.

What you'll get up to:

You will be responsible for various tasks, working part time in our warehouse and part time in our customer service centre:

* Receipting in spare parts
* Ordering and managing spares inventory
* Sending spares to engineers/customers via courier or Bybox
* Managing returns and processing engineer returns
* Handling spares enquiries and issuing van stock for engineers
* Monitoring stock levels for the warehouse
* Arranging part collections via courier
* Proactively communicating with customers to manage open repair jobs
* Building and maintaining relationships with the engineers
* Flexibility within your daily tasks no day will ever be the same
* Answering customer queries efficiently
* Scheduling engineer visits
* Proactively communicating with customers to manage open repair jobs
* Maintaining and updating client portals to keep customers informed
* Streamlining engineer routes for optimal efficiency

We are seeking a forward thinker who is self-driven, with excellent communication skills and a target-driven, motivated attitude. Being organised, punctual, and deadline-oriented is essential, and you should be proactive and capable of working independently. Exceptional customer service skills and computer literacy are also vital for this role.
