Are you a confident and experienced Account Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive on building strong client relationships and leading high-performing teams? We have an exciting opportunity for you to take ownership of a prestigious client account within our security services division.
About The Role
As the Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for one of our most well-known clients. You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the on-site security team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service, and maintaining a strong, trusted relationship with the client.
* Serve as the main liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
* Manage and support the on-site security, including performance management, staffing, and training.
* Maintain compliance with all contractual obligations, service level agreements, and industry standards.
* Identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation, adding value for the client and the business.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational performance and KPIs.
* Proactively address and resolve any issues or incidents, ensuring client satisfaction and continuity of service.
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resource allocation.

What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience in account management or client services, ideally within the security, facilities, or related service industries.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing operational teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* A solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
* SIA license (or willingness to obtain) may be required depending on the site.
