MyCaring are looking for experienced Support Workers to support individuals who have a diagnosis of a mental health illness within their own home. This will include but is not limited to - promoting independence, assisting with budgeting, accessing the community, administering or giving verbal reminders for medication and liaising with the core staff team in place and external organisations as required.
The shifts are 12 hours, and may include sleeping nights.
