What you will be doing?
* To provide first line supervision to the People and OD Support Team, managing their welfare and wellbeing, and overseeing the delivery of recruitment and people and OD support.
* To implement training and development programmes, ensuring staff are up‑skilled in the functions of the team and provide enhanced resilience within the Department.
* To ensure recruitment targets are achieved in line with the Strategic Workforce Plan.
