Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Advisor located in Leicester. The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a professional telephone manner. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
