The Role
We are seeking a talented Banqueting Sous Chef to join the award-winning kitchen team at one of Glasgow's most prestigious 5-star hotels. Working alongside the Executive Head Chef and senior team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional banqueting and event dining experiences, from high-end corporate functions to lavish weddings and VIP occasions.
