Overview
Commissioning Home Manager opportunity within a division of a charitable trust owned £230m+ turnover construction business. 3 homes costing at least £12.5m each (not including land & fees) are lined up, opening 6-12 months apart, with homes 4 and beyond to follow.
This project aims to deliver true commissioning with exceptional ethics, mission, vision & values, and a people-focused culture. The plan supports Lancashire and the broader North West of England exclusively, featuring the latest assistive technology and facilities.
What you'll do
* Lead residential care home commissioning management across planned developments (including newbuild projects).
* Help develop and implement pre-existing corporate standard support structures to befit a best-in-class care business.
* Join the leadership team on the ground floor with one other care industry expert, contributing to career progression and shaping the project’s delivery.
Requirements
* Residential care home commissioning management experience.
* Newbuild residential care home commissioning management experience is highly desirable.
* Experience with several newbuild commissioning projects is advantageous.
Remuneration & Location
Starting salary around £70k, negotiable. Location: Lancashire and the broader North West of England.
