What You'll Be Doing
* Build and ship core product features across our stack, including Python, TypeScript, and cloud infrastructure.
* Engage directly with customers to understand needs, scope solutions, and deliver outcomes.
* Balance speed and scalability, knowing when to quickly deliver MVPs and when to invest in robust foundations.
* Implement best practices in testing, documentation, reliability, and security, while mentoring others.

What You Bring
* Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to design, debug, and ship reliable systems.
* Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, or the ability to quickly learn necessary languages.
* Experience in building and shipping AI products end-to-end.
* Comfortable working across the stack, from frontend to backend and infrastructure.
* Ability to work directly with customers or non-technical stakeholders to deliver solutions.
* A track record of drive and initiative, such as launching projects or contributing to open source.
Nice to Have
* Experience in early-stage startups, particularly in AI, voice platforms, or event-driven systems.
* Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure like Kubernetes and serverless systems.
* Evidence of customer empathy through support or founder experience.
