The Opportunity
Step up into a senior commercial role with a high-end residential contractor delivering luxury homes across Southern England. Lead the cost management, procurement, and commercial strategy across multiple high-spec projects while mentoring junior QS staff. Influence project outcomes and shape the commercial success of a rapidly growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead tendering, contract negotiation, and procurement strategies for high-spec residential developments.
Oversee valuations, progress reporting, cash flow management, and cost control across multiple live projects.
Manage subcontractors, negotiate complex variations, and ensure contractual compliance.
Support project teams with commercial advice, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
Mentor and guide junior QS team members, fostering professional development and best practices. About the Employer

What We’re Looking For
Extensive QS experience, ideally on luxury residential projects.
Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with proven cost management expertise.
Experience managing multiple live projects, subcontractors, and complex variations.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
Proactive approach to risk management, budget monitoring, and strategic decision-making. What You’ll Get in Return
