We're looking for an exceptional Senior Programme Manager to lead complex, high-impact delivery programmes within a dynamic and highly regulated environment.
Reporting directly to the Business Unit VP, this is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape programme strategy, drive execution excellence, and lead a high-performing project delivery team.

As a Senior Programme Manager, you'll take ownership of end-to-end programme delivery across multiple projects—ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute programme delivery strategy, governance, and best practices
* Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary delivery teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
* Own programme lifecycle performance – including planning, risk management, budgeting, and forecasting
* Manage complex interdependencies across projects, stakeholders, and business units
* Ensure robust reporting of KPIs, risks, and progress to senior leadership
* Drive operational excellence and identify opportunities for process improvement
* Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
* Proven Defence senior programme/project leadership experience within defence Sector
* Strong track record delivering large-scale, complex programmes
* Expertise in resource planning, risk-adjusted scheduling, and financial oversight
* A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, influence, and drive results
* Confident communicator who can engage at all levels
* Resilient, decisive, and able to thrive in complex environments
