Job description Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Falmouth Our client in Falmouth are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for their busy business on a full-time permanent basis. The preferred candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership abilities, a deep commitment to hospitality, and a successful history of supervising top-performing teams. In the role of Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the delivery of outstanding guest experiences, uphold food quality and service standards, and enhance profitability. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and direct all operational aspects of the restaurant Attract, train, and support staff to provide exceptional service Track and oversee financial performance, including budgeting and revenue goals Enforce compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing requirements Uphold impeccable cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance standards Address customer feedback and manage complaints in a prompt and professional manner Manage staff schedules to optimise coverage and efficiency Collaborate with chefs to maintain menu quality and consistency Deploy marketing initiatives to boost customer traffic and engagement Requirements: Experience in a managerial position in the restaurant or hospitality industry (at least 2 years preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities A focus on customer satisfaction and a dedication to providing outstanding dining experiences Proficiency in budgeting, P&L analysis, and operational effectiveness Familiarity with UK food safety and licensing guidelines Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Salary: £33,000- £35,000 To apply please submit your CV here or call Steph on 01872 264744 for further information
