The Role:
1. Operate, monitor, and maintain advanced production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
2. Support with changeovers, adjustments, and basic fault finding to ensure consistent performance
3. Work closely with engineering teams to learn and develop new technical skills
4. 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern - covering both days and nights
The Person:
5. A mechanically or electrically minded individual with a hands-on approach
6. Practical experience working in production, manufacturing, or a technical environment
7. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop through structured technical training
