What You’ll Be Doing
Join us on this mission as a Trainee Machinist at our Denham site. We have an impressive Machine Shop at our Denham site and this role will involve processes for manufacturing parts on various machine tools, ultimately contributing to the success of ejector seats produced onsite, to save lives.
Aspects Of The Role Include:
1. Training to become competent in machining and inspection of components using various processes and techniques in accordance with Martin-Baker work instructions.
2. Learning to interpret component drawings and relevant information accurately, including part numbers, drawing issues, ADRs, process specifications, and surface finishes.
3. Generating and maintaining inspection documentation per Company Quality Assurance policies.
4. Using SAP to undertake different process transactions.

Minimum Qualifications: GCSE or equivalent in Maths, English, and Physics.
