About the role: We currently have a vacancy in our Edinburgh office for a tech savvy apprentice. This role is fundamental to the smooth running of the Edinburgh office and will be part of a team who support all who work in Edinburgh. The key attribute will be flexibility. No day will be the same meaning the successful candidate will need to be well organised, great IT skills, a multi tasker and someone who gets stuck in. We are flexible on daily working hours but we would like the post holder to be in our Edinburgh office everyday. We would particularly like someone who can bring new and fresh ideas around report writing and AI. Responsibilities: Become a super user on our CRM System – “Alcium” – where you will create new jobs on the system, add, update and monitor properties and create reports based on specific criteria as requested from colleagues Using Canva, you will create and update brochures as well as edit maps and photos Act as first response to incoming queries via phone and email, triaging and escalating when necessary Create, update and send marketing campaigns Use Google Mail to communicate internally and externally Prepare and format tender documents using Microsoft Word Use Microsoft Excel to input, maintain and update databases, as well as generate reports Coordinate team diaries, travel, expenses, meeting rooms and pool car as required.
