* Leading the technology department and driving technological innovations.
* Developing and implementing transformation strategies.
* Enhancing customer experience through technology-driven solutions.
* Improving operational efficiency through strategic planning.
* Overseeing the execution of projects within the department.
* Ensuring the department's alignment with company's overall strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Head of Transformation' should have:
* A deep understanding of the Property industry.
* Proven experience in managing and leading a technology department.
