Your Day-to-Day Impact As Curriculum Team Manager for the Plumbing & Gas Centre, you’ll take the lead in guiding a skilled team to deliver practical, high-quality training across recognised qualifications such as ACS, NVQ, and BPEC. Your work will involve shaping and developing curriculum plans, monitoring performance and ensuring everything meets the required industry and awarding body standards. From designing programmes that meet real needs in the industry to managing staffing, timetabling and quality processes. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll play a central role in driving up standards and building a strong and positive team culture. You'll use data and feedback to support ongoing improvements and lead curriculum reviews that help shape a better experience for learners. With 12 hours of teaching time each week, you’ll remain actively involved in the classroom setting the tone through your own practice and demonstrating the professionalism, passion, and commitment we expect across the faculty.
