Join our Central Planning team and become a key player in driving operational excellence across our end-to-end network. As a Network Planner, you'll harness real-time data, forecast volumes, and proactively identify risks to ensure seamless service delivery across our premium network.
You'll be at the heart of our planning operations, using data-driven insights to forecast, monitor, and optimise our parcel journey—from hub to doorstep. Your work will directly impact service quality, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the network.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed volume forecasts across all functions.
Analyse Plan vs Actual performance and adjust forecasts to maintain accuracy within 5%.
Innovate forecasting techniques to enhance network precision.
Support the Head of Planning in implementing end-to-end parcel process improvements.
Design and deliver reports that highlight network performance and drive stakeholder action.
Monitor service levels and resource needs across Hubs, Depots, and the wider network.
Lead daily network calls with senior stakeholders to address performance and escalate risks.
Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports for operational leadership.
Drive continuous improvement through historical data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
Support the delivery of the annual Peak Plan across the network.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Strong Excel skills; SQL and VBA desirable.
Familiarity with BI, MI, SAP, and Evri systems.
Experience & Knowledge
Proven analytical and data interpretation skills.
Commercially aware with a continuous improvement mindset.
Understanding of Lean and process improvement methodologies.
Your insights and actions will shape performance across all operational areas where service is measured. You'll be a trusted advisor, driving improvements and ensuring our network runs at peak efficiency.
